Where does Logistics service provider ship to?
Logistics service provider currently ships to the US, Japan, Russia, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Mexico, and has international shipping available. We have different shipping methods and rates available, the best way to find an accurate shipping cost is during order check out.
When will my order ship?
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with a carrier tracking number will be sent out. Please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed. To estimate delivery time, please take into account the processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. The shipping carrier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost package, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier.
How can I track my order?
To look up the status of your order, please refer to the tracking email. Please note depending on the shipping method selected for your order, the shipping carrier might not provide daily tracking updates. Orders shipping ground outside of China will have a longer transit time.
How do I edit my shipping address?
Once an order is fulfilled we are unable to make any changes. Please note our team processes orders as quickly as possible so please reach out right away.
I received a damaged item?
